Ordering

After you have placed your Order you will receive your confirmation via e-mail. You can always check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number (available after your merchandise has shipped).

Payment

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Alia Qureshi e-Gift Cards and shannalina store Merchandise Credit.

When Will I Be Charged?

When you place your order, your form of payment will be charged in full.

Taxes

Taxes are not our thing but we are required by law to collect local sales tax pertaining to your state of residence. Our physical headquarters is located in the state of New York.

Change / Cancel My Order

Change your mind? That’s ok it happens the sooner you let us know the sooner we can make that change happen!

Please email us at info@shannalina.com immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

Back ordered Merchandise

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for back ordered merchandise will be emailed to you by the next business day and will also contact you via email if the item's due date changes. Back ordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive.
